Up-and-Coming politicians dare to dream their vision of a shared future

Up and Coming Politicians

Photo of the day – our first group of Up-and-Coming politicians in the current cycle are daring to dream their vision of a shared future

During the workshop, the second one with Shahira Shalabi, the participants worked in small teams, putting down their vision for the future on paper and coming up with projects that would help achieve the shared future they envisioned.

Ideas for projects included campaigns aimed at changing the “us and them” discourse that is prevalent these days. After deciding on projects, each team put together a practical work plan to get their projects up and running. Seeing their ideas translated into implementable work plans encouraged the participants and gave them the push needed to carry these out. As they start realizing their plans throughout the year, the School for Peace will be supporting and helping the participants to make sure their projects are a success.
