A licensed architect and a graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem. Previous to working at the School for Peace, Shlomit worked for the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality as an urban planner. Since joining the SFP staff, Shlomit has coordinated the Jewish-Arab planner’s forum. The forum was established jointly with the Arab Center for Alternative Planning and works to bring the issue of planning inequality in Arab society to the public agenda. The Forum includes about a hundred graduates of the planner’s course.
