خلفية :
خلال سنوات مضت, تبين لنا ان خريجي دورات مدرسة السلام المختلفة, انخرطوا في مجالات العمل بموضوع العلاقات العربية اليهودية من خلال جمعيات التي تهتم بالموضوع في المجتمع المدني عامة . خريجي الدورات السابقة والتي اقيمت حتى اليوم , فعالين داخل اسرائيل وفي المناطق الفلسطينية في العمل ضد العنصرية, تطوير مجالات حقوق الانسان وبإدارة وتوجيه مشاريع مشتركة لكلا الشعبين . توصلنا من خلال تجاربنا السابقة ان المعرفة التي اكتسبت في المجال من شانها ان تهم مهنيين مختلفين من شتى المجالات في المجتمعين الاسرائيلي والفلسطيني .

The School for Peace (SFP) at Neve Shalom - Wahat al-Salam (NSWAS) was established in 1979 as the first educational institution in Israel promoting broad scale change towards peace and more humane, egalitarian and just relations between Palestinians and Jews.
