No Human Being Is Illegal – No to Deportation of Refugees!

The School for Peace Posted on 03/09/2018 by Ira Elan03/09/2018
The community of Wahat al-Salam ~ Neve Shalom, Palestinians and Israelis, together against the forced deportation of refugees! We call on our people, Israelis and Palestinians, to join us in the struggle to prevent the Israeli government from deporting thousands of human beings to death, slavery, trafficking, and torture.
As a joint community of Palestinian and Jewish citizens, of whom some of their families suffered deportation and were refugees, we strongly object to the deportation of asylum seekers by the Israeli government.
We the members of Wahat al-Salam ~ Neve Shalom stand in solidarity with the thousands of refugees and call on our friends around the world, and the international community, to join this struggle against deportation. Let us act together to cancel this law. We must not sit idly by.
We call for solidarity between all marginalized groups, whom ever they may be, and urge you, our partners on this path and in humane values, to join refugee aid organizations and the various initiatives in this struggle; whether by sending letters, participating in protests, signing petitions, supporting refugees and pressuring the Israeli government to cancel the law and back off the deportation plan; a plan which contradicts all international law and agreements.
Together we can stop the next crime.
