On March 5, 2021, The SFP facilitators training course met to hear Dr. Adel Mana’s lecture on the Nakba and learn facilitation skills through peer facilitation.

After a fascinating lecture there were three bi-national peer-mentoring units. Topics that came up in the discussions after the units facilitated by the participants were: co-facilitation, parallel processes, reflection of dynamic processes, timing of intervention, accuracy of considerations, personal processes that project on group processes. This was a rich meeting on conflict group facilitation issues. The meeting was took place both in person and by Zoom.

The School for Peace is alive and well despite the COVID and the economic crisis. Maya Rabiah and Dr. Nava Sonnenschein are coordinating the project.
