הקורס הוא בן 120 שעות ומיועד ל24 מהנדסים, אדריכלים העוסקים בתכנון ומתכננים עירוניים ערבים ויהודים. הקורס ימשך שנה. הקורס יחל במרץ 2017 ויסתיים במרץ 2018.
